Artašės Gazarian – Founder of the public institution Muzikos magija (Magic of Music).

Jurgita Gazarian – Director of the public institution Muzikos magija. She is responsible for the overall organization of the club's activities, staff selection, settlements with suppliers, event organizers, and performers, as well as the timely fulfillment of tax obligations.

Ditė Vyšniauskienė – Deputy Director – club administrator, responsible for the technical support of the club's activities, cleanliness, and general order in the premises used; the management of primary accounting documents and their timely delivery to the accounting department; compliance with the club's internal rules by both employees and visitors; the organization of event services and quality assurance.

Gintarė Baškytė – public relations manager, responsible for disseminating information about events and performers, attracting visitors to the club, monitoring their satisfaction, administering social networks, and increasing awareness of the club and its events.
