Event in Lithuanian language.
Self-exploration can take place through both verbal and non-verbal communication. Self-exploration in sound, moment, time and space will be carried out using elements of drama therapy. As we listen to music, we will also explore what a pause means to us: is it a moment of resounding silence or a moment of anxiety and insecurity? In drama therapy, you can try to make sense of your life experience by partially or fully engaging in the creative process through the media of drama and theatre.
You can expect:
- Improvisation
- Play therapy
- Story telling and creation
- Combining music and body movement
Clothing: Suitable for free movement.
Up to 20 people can attend this event.
